About Pedro Cruz

I’m Pedro Cruz and I am from Portugal. My first passion was to be a firefighter. My whole family belonged to the fire service, and I started too soon, from the age of six. However, at 17, I joined the Marine Corps, where I stayed for five years. In 2011, I met my future wife, and together we decided to emigrate to England, where we stayed for ten years. During these years, a lot happened. Most importantly, I got married and had two lovely children. Now I’m back in Portugal full-time as a wedding photographer.

With my wedding, I realised that my calling was to be a wedding photographer. It’s amazing to witness the excitement and emotions of couples on their special day. Being able to tell their unique love stories through my photographs and films is incredibly rewarding. Every wedding is different, and I love the challenge of capturing each couple’s personality and style in my photos and videos. It’s a privilege to be part of such a meaningful day in people’s lives, and I feel honoured to document these precious moments for them.
